here's my general process that i follow for most projects —

depending on your preference, this can be via dms, e-mail or a callproposal + discussion:i outline timelines, deliverables and pricing tailored to your
needs and budgetcreation, revisions + adjustments as needed:design, illustration or strategy work begins with check-ins and revisions
as needed; revisions for graphic work and illustrations are
available at each 'stage' (depending on the project)delivery + check-ins:final files, assets, or rollout plans delivered withpotential follow-upspost-delivery support:available for additional revisions, ongoing support, or
long-term retainers for continuous work
you’re always welcome to check in at any point during the project; i aim to respond and provide updates promptly, but please allow up to 48 hours for a reply!

⋆ how long does a chat + discovery process last?totally dependent on what you need and whether you'd like to schedule a call, message (discord / socials) or e-mail - a simple illustration request might only need one e-mail but a full re-brand or a launch campaign might need several discussions⋆ how long will my one-off graphic request or illustration take
to be completed?this depends on my current queue! you can always message me if you have any queries⋆ how many amendments can i make to graphics / illustrations?this is fully dependent on the project and scope outlined together - further amendments may be available within 3 months of a completed project - please note there are no amendments available for ych artwork⋆ can i purchase commercial rights to sell illustrations?commercial illustration requests for merchandise and rush projects are +50-90% of final agreed price. no commercial rights are guaranteed and must be disclosed at time of purchase for consideration⋆ do you address both paid and organic marketing methods?yes! again this is all dependent on the project and your needs. paid ads / marketing campaigns are generally structured differently to organic content, but this may change based on industry and niche

⋆ any private information about your brand, business or community stays confidential (think of it like an informal nda)⋆ i’m available during agreed working hours, and i aim to reply within
